400 Blows are an LA band that plays a kind of arty martial punk. No, not martial art punk, there's no kung fu fighting here, but there is an almost militaristic discipline. If you like your rock loud and abrasive, 400 blows might set you off. Their new album, "Angel's Trumpets & Devil's Trombones" is out May 9th.
